Disorganized. The lady was snacking on cheez itz right before the interview. Did not even take the time to settle into the interview but jumped right in with questions that did not pertain to my role. Said she did not have my resume when I provided it upon applying. Even asked what role I applied for as if she didn’t even pay attention to my application. Proceeded to tell me that despite my religion I would not be able to take Sunday mornings off when several other people would be able to work Sunday mornings and I could just come in later. Then for the cherry on top, she was talking about me without knowing I was standing right behind to her to one of her employees. The employee had to say “she’s behind you”.

Overall pretty straightforward. It was a 1-2-1 interview with the store manager. At the end of the first stage you need to fill out an online personality test so that BABW can better understand your viewpoints on certain topics. The 2nd stage was video interview with the District Manager. Both were friendly and easy going.
