Fast process. Very efficient. Really find the right people. Very picky about what kind of people they hire which is always a good thing. Management is great and accepting. Coworkers are friendly. Hard to not fit in based on the type of environment in the restaurant. Training is thorough and accurate/really prepares you for the job and industry.

The general manager came out and took me to a booth. He asked only a few questions nothing sports related, and I was hired on the spot he even gave me the shirt the same day

one interview with manager, it was like 20-30 minutes in a booth at the restaurant. I was offered water/any other soda. It was a loud environment so beware if you are a quiet person

Met with the store training manager and chatted about the job and about my experience. Negotiated a wage and was hired on the spot. After three months of hire I became a trainer (WCT), after 6 months of hire I became an expo.
