I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Buffalo Wild Wings (Danvers, MA) in Dec 2017
Interview
I was scheduled for a 2:30pm interview. I arrived at 2:15pm to be safe and I still waited until 3pm for the manager to see me. He lied about how much servers make in tips on average and he lied about how they handle issues with customers. Besides being late for the appointment, he informed me that he was NOT the hiring manager and I would have to come back the next day to have a second interview. Completely unorganized and useless.

Interview
Saw an ad on Facebook. Came in, filled out paper, was hired on spot. General interview questions, but was mostly just explained the job and the job duties. Started training the next day.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Buffalo Wild Wings (Round Lake Beach, IL)
Interview
It's a pretty straightforward interview process. If you have experience in the industry that is a major bonus. Be yourself and don't be afraid to ask questions! Will train the right candidate if no experience too.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Buffalo Wild Wings
Interview
The interview was a very quick and easy process. You will be asked if you have any restaurant experience, what your goals are, and how soon can you start basically.
