A group interview which is all part of the cliché that is picked out. there is diversity if for a unit, all management for a management position. Color matters, If your white you won't get the job if their is an African American and or a Hispanic applying for the position. They want ethnic diversity!!!!!! You have to be interviewed every time you want advancement!!!
