The process took about 2 weeks. I was in contact with the project manager and spoke to them a couple times via email and then on the phone. After that he said he wanted to keep the process going and then had an on site interview with him and 3 others (panel interview). The interview was your typical developer interview with tons of questions about me and how I would implement certain things. Overall they had a great team and culture there.
