Very smooth; asked great questions. Explained most of the culture except the negative aspects. They did explain that there we no breaks and 1 minute tardy garners a write up.

Received a call, then came in for an interview. Lasted around 30 minutes. Basic questions about me, past jobs, situations that happened. Standard interview questions. I was offered the job at the end of the interview.

Tell us how your experience at (former job) would relate to the job you’re applying for here?
Easy, two parter. First with store and department manager, second with district manager. Mine weren't intimidating and asked average questions about yourself, work history, a time when you showed leadership, and a time you made a mistake and what you did to correct it.
