My experience was great! The process was straight forward, transparent and fast. The HR team was very communicative and I always had a response within 24 hours. The video screening was a bit intimidating as I had never done one before, but even so it was simple and efficient.

Finally up to the end ask for the salary expectation. My friend said 80k. That men said do you think you worth that money? And he said 15 years ago, he leaded a group of 30 and that time his salary was 75k. I was like, men, do you know what’s the inflation rate this year and last 15 years? And do you know what’s the house price 15 years ago and now? No wonder they can’t find any person work them. Their management team is old fashion and arrogant.
