Initial interview with Senior Associates to understand background and interests followed by a case study and Q&A. Case study was difficult but acceptable. Further interviews would have been with more senior members of the team.

Interview
Quite a few steps, but got a final interview which was quite conversational. However the two interviewers didn’t seem extremely knowledgeable and one of the ladies kept vaping during the interview which combined with the above was off putting.
