I was approached by the owner/ceo of the company directly. We had an initial conversation, then we had a formal interview after which I was asked to visit the office for a second interview and the facility look around. Once that was done I was requested to come and complete a test and after that I had one last meeting with the HR & the Owner and was presented with the offer.
