I applied online. I interviewed at Bryant Christie (Sacramento, CA) in Aug 2019
Interview
BCI had a 3 part interview process. The first was to meet with a local office manager for a preliminary interview. Second was a timed written assessment with a predetermined prompt. The third was another in-person interview at a local office with upper management via Zoom.

Interview
Zoom Interview with a surprise mentioning of a "Grant Finance Test" and the President who owns 2/3 of the company said "It isn't a make or break it, but it is ridiculously hard, so I'm not sure why we're giving this test." This is a red flag to me. You run your company and you don't know why you put your applicants through parts of the interview process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself, your entire work history on your resume, what was your original career path, why do you want this job.
Very lengthy process. Had multiple rounds of interviews with different managers and department heads, which was a bit confusing and hard to get a sense of who you'd be working with. Questions are pretty standard and nothing unusual. Seems like most of the marketing staff is fairly new.
