Was referred by a current employee. Interview was pretty short and mostly entailed discussion of the position. Felt like most of the judgement was based on first impression. Basic personal information including interests, area of study, career goals, previous work experience, other commitments, availability, etc. Nothing very challenging. Did not even have to present a resume.
