Asked about my past experiences in customer service. Asked about problem solving in waitressing position. Asked about how to deal with difficult customers and situations. Discussed why I left my past job and what I wanted to gain differently from this one.
Went in and sat at a table and spoke with one manager. They asked me a few questions about my past experiences and my availability. I was offered the position on the spot.
