Interview
Did an exam at BSO and immediately after they let me know whether I passed or failed. After that I went right into the interview portion about a week or two later.

Interview
I applied was sent a tricky writing assignment. Then I was granted an interview after 6 weeks. The interview consisted of a panel of three people asking questions. The questions were standard questions and then they would ask if that's your final answer. It was conducted via Skype. It was a horrible experience. The worst I have ever experienced. They were late, didn't know how to work the online technology and one person was eating. Everything was robotic and didn't seem like a place or environment I would want to work.
