Brothers Redevelopment interview questions

I had one phone interview and then a zoom interview for a Housing Navigator position. After the zoom interview I sent a thank you email to the two people that I interviewed with. I never heard a word back from anybody in the company. They were very nice during the two interviews but they should send rejection emails when someone interviews with them. They are in the business of offering compassionate services and they should show that same compassion and consideration with candidates they interview.
