Screening phone interview first. Then code challenge on Code Pen. The challenge is reading requirements and making changes to styles and JavaScript on a fake website. Then engineering team interview and VP interview.
Standard interview process involving a few rounds meeting with various team members across different functions. Each interview found was up to 1 hour. They allowed plenty of time to get to know each other and clarify any questions you have.

Give me an example of a complex client situation where you showcased . You got to meet w cross functional departments. They allow plenty of time to talk with each other and clarify any questions you each have. Ultimately I declined the offer because they low balled the hell out of me. It left a bad taste in my mouth bc I was up front from the beginning of my required salary range and spent a lot of time interviewing with them + prepping for the interviews.
Intro phone interview that was basic culture fit and basic questions. Overall, nice people and the conversation flowed nicely. They were upfront and informed me of the process. They gave me a positive vibe.
