Brooklyn Small Business Development Center interview questions

I had no interview per se - I volunteered with the organization prior to being brought on full-time, and my being hired I suspect was mostly based on my being a known quantity, coming recommended by another volunteer, and having a resume heavily-weighted toward academic experience (though normally, advisors are not hired with education in mind; they are usually hired given experience running a small business themselves or working in a lending institution).
