Interviewed online and was invited to the navy yard, interviewed with CEO, scheduled training shifts with manager during another in person interview. Got to tour the Roastery and have a tasting session during first interview. Being open minded and comfortable in your own skin helps!

Laid back. I met with HR then she looped in Jim and Michael. It was intimidating but also fun. We spoke about coffee, the direction of the business, and the history of the business. I was hired on the spot.
