Very friendly and casual. Sit down with the CEO and one of the top agents in the conference room, have a coffee and discuss. It's more of a chance for each party to get to know each other.

The usual questions: what's your story, why real estate, where did you hear about us, why do you want to work with us, are you licensed, how many years of experience do you have, where do you currently work, how many deals have you closed so far, what do you love/hate about real estate, what else do you do outside of work?
