In the panel interivew, it was very clear they did not want to be there and that only one of them had even bothered to read my resume. While I am trying to impress them, I am also observing them, to see what working here would be like, and I was very put-off by their sense of entitlement and looking down on me, even my outfit, which was completely professional attire. It seemed they thought they were Miranda Priestly. They raced through the interview, barely asking me questions, to which I responded if they were curious about certain things, clearly confused why I hadn't been asked more questions in an interview.
There was a task after, so they brought me to a room with a computer. While I was doing the task, I could hear the interveiwers talking to the rest of the team (with a beautiful open-concept office, they should know sound travels), talking about how over these interviews they are and that they found their favourite anyway. They continued making jokes about candidates (thankfully, not me) which threw me off. I was very put off by their lack of professionalism and how rude most of the panel was (not all, one was quite nice to be fair). I was so disappointed as this had been an agency I had followed for years and was so excited they had a position available. This happened 4 years ago and still is my worst interview experience, and has steered me away from ever wanting to work with them, not just for them.
