Thorough and pleasant. The recruiter and her assistant were friendly, accommodating, and very communicative. I had a phone screen with the recruiter, then a phone interview with the hiring manager and a prospective team mate. Then, I was brought in for a 1:1 with each of these individuals, plus a 1:1 with a prospective "client" and a 1:1 with the hiring manager's supervisor. Coming from several consultancies/professional services firms, I was relieved when they didn't try to be intimidating. They made me feel comfortable but definitely asked questions to assess skills, and my fit with the team and the organization as a whole.
