Multi step. First phone interview with recruiter, followed by regional sales manager, followed by executive director of the location. Each step takes approximately a week. The process allows you to get a good perspective on the inter workings of the company and meet all employees you will be working with.

Multiple interviews with various managers, both in person and on zoom. Also required drug and TB testing at different locations. Difficult if you are already employed. Will contact your references for recommendations. Time consuming, not great if you have limited work experience.

Spoke on phone/Recruiter, phone/Sales Director and in person/Executive Director. In person interview includes walk around property and review different apartment models. Focus on sales scenarios, out reach and dashboard. Focus on field marketing and strategies.

Tell me about a time you had difficulty closing a sale.
Two round interview (one with director, one with regional); delayed response; last minute change in offered position. Not too difficult, and typical questions asked. First impression was mediocre, but setting was not bad.
