I was with a lot of other candidates when I first arrived. When it was time to be interviewed, it just me and the hiring manager. The interview itself took about 30 mins.

I found the interviewer to be profoundly annoying but he was doing his best to be friendly and helpful. To me, the position was not what I was expecting it to be. It's a lot of sales promotion which has always given me the impression of a pyramid scheme.

Easy, they did a great job at keeping me informed, I felt they really got to know me and allowed me the chance to get to know them. 3 tiered interview process - very informative and fun.
