I got a call from the HR executive of above mentioned company. I was asked for the interview at Mohan Estate office, Delhi. There were four rounds of the interview i.e Aptitude Test, HR telephonic round, Technical round by the team leader and the last one, Operational round by the manager. The whole procedure took around 7-8 hours as there were so many candidates for the same profile. After 3-4 Days, I got the confirmation call from the company.As a fresher, they offered me 1.92l P.A. It was a UK based timing job i.e 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM. one side cab, sodexo meal coupon worth Rs. 15000 P.A as well as insurance from E.S.I was included in the package. In hand salary was INR 13,200. Other candidates who were selected for the same profile were offered a CTC of 1.75l P.A. But at the time of joining, i was asked to sign a bond of 3 years. Not only this, The value of bond was Rs 5,00,000. So, Finally I rejected this offer because of the extremely high value against the bond. Moreover, for a fresher it is very difficult to start a career and signing a bond of 3 years.

It was a Virtual Interview and Managerial Round, questions related to subject and about job description and skills like MS Excel and tax process. Must have knowledge about taxation basically.
