Two-Rounds of interviews, first is more personal with the store manager and the other a little more casual with the assistant manager. Asked basic questions during both, it’s very simple to answer all their questions. Have good answers and you’ll have nothing to worry about

Pretty embarrassing when interviewer doesn't look at your resume at all. The guy needs to take a class on how to interview OR how to speak to another human being without mindlessly meandering with run-on sentences and nonsensical data points. It was lame. I cut the interview short and told him that I was not what he was looking for-- he muttered more words like he was eating peanut butter. I jumped off the call and laughed-- "CRM" was never anywhere on my resume. Brixton- nice hats, hope you figure out how to run a business with pros and not "rad awesome looking people" who are good at one software and lack actual interpersonal communication skills.

Interview
I joined the zoom call before my scheduled time to check if all works. All was fine and I was waiting for Elena ( the recruiting person) to allow me to join the call. After 7 min, I was still waiting and I emailed her to check if she can see my request to join the call or if she needs more time. I got the below reply: "Hi Patrycija, I waited 5 min on a call, sorry cant do anymore as I will be moving to the next one Thank you, Elena" This is an extremely unprofessional reply. Not only Elena didn't bother to check on the candidate, but she also claimed to have moved on to another person. Our interview was meant to last 30 minutes so not sure how truthful her reply was. Can't talk about the company, but Elena represents them so be aware.
