Very informal. Sat down in a room and was asked basic questions about myself, why I was interested in the position and then informed on what the role would entail.

The interview was a relaxed and carried out in the shop's office that was a little distractingly cluttered, though the was no where with the building to wait if you were there early

The Interview process wasn’t stressful or made me anxious. The environment was calm and welcoming insuring I wasn’t pressured and the person who did the interview made sure to effectively listen.
