      Interview

The interview process involved several stages. The first interview felt somewhat uncomfortable, as the Recruiter's tone came across as more interrogative than conversational, which made it difficult to build rapport. The Recruiter also left halfway through the call to join another meeting, which made the interaction feel rushed. During the second interview, the recruiter called exactly at the scheduled start time asking where I was while I was still logging in, which felt slightly flustering right before the interview began. The hiring manager then joined around 10 minutes late and was accompanied by another team member. Once the interview started, both were pleasant and the discussion itself was positive. At the end of the process I was told I would hear back early the following week. However, I did not receive an update until the week after, by which time I had already accepted another offer. The final communication was an automated rejection and no feedback was provided despite reaching the final stage. Overall, the final round interviewers themselves were polite, but the process could be improved with clearer timelines, better punctuality, and feedback for candidates who reach the final stages.
