I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at British Airways (Heathrow, England) in Aug 2018
Interview
You apply online which is fairly straightforward. The application will be screened and if its all good you will be asked to complete online testing. I found the testing average, the English part was simple and the time differences and currency was slightly more difficult. You will also have to do a Behavioral Personality Test which was simple enough.
If you have been found to be successful you will then be invited to attend the assessment day at Waterside near Heathrow. I was the morning session. I went into the reception area and waited and more candidates showed up. I got talking to them until the lady came to give us our passes and lead us into the assessment center.
Once through we had to show all our documents and paperwork and then take a seat. A group of 6 of us were called for the height/ tattoo screening. They took our height, we had to reach into an overhead bin, we had to sit in a jump seat and do a brace position and hold onto the handle and touch the ground. Then they just checked for tattoos and piercings.
Once back in reception we waited till everyone completed the first part of the tests. We then got a 20 minute talk on the company. We then had a 1-1 role play and had to read aloud. I then had to go into a group activity which lasted 20 minutes.
Once everyone was done we waited outside in the canteen area. After about 30 minutes a few of were told to go to a different room. There was 40 at the beginning and 7 of us made it to the 1-1 interviews.
We had to wait for the others to leave . we then sat another verbal/non verbal assessment and straight after I had the 1-1 interview. It lasted about 25 minutes. I was then told I would hear back within a week. I got the email about 8 days later saying I was successful.

Interview
I applied on January for the cabin crew talent pool (Heathrow), received an email 4 months later to complete the online assessment, I'm now waiting for their response. The assessment was fairly easy, you just have to remember their company values.

Interview
Submit application on website, attach cv. Once accepted, complete the online assessment within 3 days of receiving the invite. (Maybe Psychometric style and situational judgment) British Airways do change the assessment types so bare in mind.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Given random scenarios with a choice of most effective answer to select. The assessment has nothing to do with the job role or the actual airline.
