I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at British Airways (Heathrow, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
Went online. You have to send your cv, then you will take a online test if your successful. You will ither, get a telephone interview or be invited to the assessment day depending on how they are going to recruit. I was invited to the assessment day. Once you arrive , your greeted by British Airways and you have refreshments their for you. You are all called into a room where you are explained what the proceedings are for the morning. British airway will go over the contract and what they are looking for. You are then given a maths test to do. You have five minutes. Then one by one you are called to do role play.( 2 role plays). Then once that is completed you are called in for your one to one interview. That will last about 40min to 1 hour. Once completed they will let you know in 1 week.
