Upon submission of application letter and CV, if shortlisted, the applicant will be called for interview and testing. The first interview will be conducted by the company engineer mostly about the applicant's skills and technical experience. After the first interview, the applicant will be referred to the HR department where he would be tested in electrical engineering and IQ. He would then have to wait for a call whether if he passed the initial phase or not. If shortlisted, the applicant would be asked to come back for another interview with the manager and would take an assessment regarding the applicant's reading comprehension. Then, the most difficult question will be asked, "What's your expected salary?" After this interview, the applicant will again have to wait for the final call.
