Brilliant Corners interview questions

Had an introductory interview and a solid conversation with the recruiter and then the associate director. The discussions went well, but I was completely ghosted afterward. No reply to email, no courtesy update, not even a generic rejection email. I was genuinely interested in the role and hoped to learn where I fell short, so the lack of communication felt unprofessional and disappointing.

Applied online. Did a recruiter review which went great. I scheduled a panel interview with the team, the team and recruiter kept on moving the time on the basis that the team "didn't want to interview late"? Communication felt a bit off and almost a bit disrespectful of time, in the end, we never set a time since the recruiter ghosted me after I asked for a time after they kept on moving it around.
