Application & Initial Interview:
The first part of the process with the Talent Acquisition team was smooth and professional. The recruiter was polite, well-prepared, and explained the role clearly. At this stage, everything felt promising.
Interview With the COO:
The interview with the COO felt very different. His demeanor came across as noticeably dismissive, and it didnât give the impression of someone genuinely interested in the person behind the application. The contrast between the recruiter and the COO was very apparent.
Overall Impression:
The process starts well, but the leadership interview may feel discouraging depending on what kind of communication style youâre comfortable with. Itâs definitely something to be aware of before applying.
