The process started out pretty standard, phone screen with Talent in San Francisco coupled with a take home exercise, then an in person with local VP in Denver.
All went well up to this point and then the company ghosted me for several weeks. After almost two months of requesting updates I received an email that they are very busy and trying to hire a new VP before hiring a Director.
If this is how senior level candidates are treated I can only imagine how lower level interviews and candidates are handled. Very poor experience.
