Interview Experience - Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing
I recently went through their interview process, and it was a complete waste of time and energy.
Round 1 & 2:
The questions were extremely basic DSA problems that didn’t even require much logical thinking. To my surprise, the interviewers seemed completely non-technical — they had no understanding of coding concepts and were just reading out questions shared by the HR. It was clear they were not evaluating technical skills meaningfully, which made the whole process feel like a formality.
Take-Home Assignment:
I was also given a take-home assignment that required significant effort and time investment. I completed it seriously and submitted it within the deadline, hoping it would be properly reviewed.
Outcome:
After completing all rounds and putting in the effort, I was told they’re actually looking for someone with 5+ years of experience — something they could have clarified right at the beginning. Why schedule interviews and waste candidates’ time when you already have a specific experience level in mind?
Final Thoughts:
The process was highly unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates' time. If you're someone early in your career or looking for a genuine evaluation of your skills, I would strongly advise reconsidering before applying here. Their process feels misleading and poorly structured.
