great communication and very well given information. Very friendly and infomative. Was not rude and lets you know right away what documentd you need to bring with you. Asks you if you have any concerns or questions before moving on to another subject area.

The recruiter missed two appointments, which she had scheduled. The first one she said "your phone went to voicemail" but she didn't leave a voicemail, and didn't reply to my message until the next afternoon. The second one, she was 40 minutes late and laughed it off, saying "my other meeting ran sooooo late."

"So you were a CNA before you were a nurse, did that inspire you to go into nursing?"
Over the phone to talk about the position and interest, then in person. I was asked mostly about experience and work history. I also went through a checklist to determine what nursing skills I had.

Hired on the spot. They are desperate for employees. I was offered the position and on boarded in one day. I met with the owner of the company and nurse manager.
