I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at BrightBytes (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2022
Interview
Extensive and organized. The talent acquisition team was highly communicative. Interview process 3 weeks, including virtual and onsite interviews with 5 staff from various departments. I would have accepted the offer but took a position with another company with higher compensation and opportunities for growth

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at BrightBytes (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
I had a 30 minute phone interview and then got invited to do a technical task prepared for me via e-mail. The phone interview consisted of their introduction of the company, and my personal and professional interests. I then had a follow up technical task. I am disappointed that I did not receive an e-mail at the very least informing me that I did not get hired - it would have been a minimum courtesy given that I completed the technical task. I even requested feedback, but not response.
