I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions (South San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2013
Interview
4 weeks total.Applied online after speaking to a recruiter about the position at my community college. they took about 2 weeks to call me back and schedule an interview. It was a group interview with 4 other people. We met with the director and she went over a series of questions for all of us. How we would deal with situations etc. We went into the classrooms and they watched us interact with the children. in the end they let us know what positions were available and which ones we most likely would be fit for. They took another week and a half to call back and let me know I got the position. Out of the 4, only 2 of us got hired.
