I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions (Stamford, CT) in Mar 2014
Interview
Invited for a group interview with about 5-7 other interviewees. We were asked to fill out an ad persuading parents to join the center. Then asked a series of questions from 2-3 different directors. Whomever answers first usually had the best answer and the other interviewees’ answers basically stemmed from theirs, (mine) lol. Then asks back for a “working interview” where they’d observe how you would work with the children in an actual classroom.
