I interviewed at Bridgewater Bank (Saint Louis Park, MN)
Interview
Average interview process with phone screen and then in person interview. It focuses mainly on skillset related to the role and why you may be a good fit for it.
Phone interview with the recruiter, manager interview via Teams video call, in-person interview at their office building in St. Louis Park. It was a great experience overall and I enjoyed my time interviewing!
Interview questions [1]

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bridgewater Bank in Sept 2025
Interview
Made it to the third and final round. Afterwords, felt pretty good about how things went. I was told I would hear back in about 3 weeks. I sent a thank you email, and apologized for a medical issue that makes my face twitch in bright environments. Instead of 2 weeks, I got denied in 4 days. I was informed that they need someone with more experience. Experience really shouldn't be an issue by a third round interview. Either their process is so disorganized that they aren't filtering candidates in the first 2 rounds, or I was discriminated against for my medical condition that I apologized for. Either way, not a great experience.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We value the time and effort candidates put into the interview process and are always looking for ways to improve the overall experience.
