It was unusual - they have a group interview stage and then a second round stage where you go through a battery of individual or two-on-one interviews following a big group interview. I think they made decisions rather quickly because they contacted people day-of as to whether or not they had made the cut.

First round with HR. Second round is a group discussion. Given a topic, there is no right or wrong. I think they are trying to understand your thinking process and how you deal with problems.
