Bridgewater came to my school to recruit for the Technology Associate position. I handed in my resume and a few days later was schedule to have a phone interview. The whole process was quite similar to all of my other interview processes-- no huge curveballs.

The interview opportunity came after speaking with Technology Associates at a campus recruitment event. I was emailed shortly after and then interviewed within the week. It was a one on one interview that lasted about an hour. It consisted of a technical question. After arriving at a solution, the question is extended and there are follow up questions. It was followed by behavioral questions and asking about other interests.
