Interview
I was contacted by an external recruiter after applying for the position via....craigslist? I think. Did a phone interview with the external recruiter, he recommended me for an in person. Went up to Westport for what they call a "blitz" interview, or a group interview. "Passed" that level, was invited back for an individual interview, which took the entire afternoon. They made it clear throughout the process that they were mainly trying to see how I think and how I would fit into their unique culture. Everyone was very nice at every level. I felt both welcomed and challenge. I wasn't left in the dark about the position or the interview objectives; everything was communicated to me very clearly throughout the process and my recruiter prepped me very well. Overall, a very positive interview experience. My only compliant is how loooooong the process took; initial interview in early December, final interview in March!

Question 1
They ask about your weaknesses; I knew ahead of time they were going to do that, so I was prepared. However, they would then break down my weakness further, really drill it down and make me question WHY it was my weakness. It wasn't harsh or rude in anyway, but I was sort of forced to challenge myself on the spot. Which I'm sure was the whole point, to see if I could think at that level.
flat, didn't ask job-related questions, not sure if I did well. Haha. I didn't get the offer in the end anyways. It is strange they spent so much effort trying to find an admin assistant.

Interview
They strung me along for two months.
Group interview and multiple 1:1 interviews, plus zoom (video) interviews. I drove to both Stamford and Norwalk locations. After they rejected me, I learned that they knew from the second case study (and survey) I had done that they did not want me.
They still wasted my time and had me come in for at least 2-3 more interviews with the teams.
I must've been a 'practice' for the trainees to interview. Don't waste your time here. They play games and string you along.
They are horrible at responding to emails throughout the process.

Informative and straight-forward. You are not entered into a position without all knowledge of responsibilities, culture, and more. The screening helps cut out those who would not fit into the company.
