Received an email from a recruiter. Did a phone interview and was invited to interview on-site. On-site interview consisted of a one-on-one technical interview and a group discussion about a philosophical question. Afterwards, was called in for an additional one-on-one technical interview.

Hr email reach out then phone screen, 1 week later hiring manager online interview. Pulled out a spreadsheet asking marginal utility type questions. Nothing like other companies on the street.
