      Production Technician Interview

      31 Oct 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bridgestone Americas

      Interview

I had a phone interview that asked a couple brief questions about my resume. I got a face to face interview by the end of the phone call. My face to face interview consisted of 7 department heads and an hourly production employee. They each took turns asking me questions from their packet and writing down my answers. This was a nerve racking interview just due to the fact of all the people involved but I got through it like a pro. The managers all seemed very down to earth and made small talk after the interview To change the mood of the room. I was then shown the factory floor and how it is operated. The only bad thing about the process is I was never contacted further about the position. This company is now owned by Bridgestone. You think a big company like that would at least give feedback if I didn't get the job. Otherwise seemed like a good place to work.
