One basic interview with potential head of department; conversation, background, core skills and values.
Second in-depth interview with CEO, department manager and team manager. Visual tests to gauge knowledge of and ability to catalogue art content to a high level
The person I met with was kind and respectful even though I wasn't the proper fit for the job. However I wish they would have been clearer about the requirements of the role in the job posting, it would have saved us both some time and effort.
