1) Phone interview about 20-25 minutes
2)Personality test to see if you are a fit for their company/position
3)In-person interview about 1 hour. Two people sat across from me and asked typical interview questions (Describle a time when... or where do you see yourself in 5 years) Also, a quick tour of the small facility.
4)Experiential interview which took 3 hours. You meet members of the different teams and the same ones you'll be working side-by-side with. More laid back than the in-person interview until you meet with the 3 owners at the end. This was the toughest part of the interview process. They throw you challenging questions and try to make you uncomfortable to see how you handle pressure...... after all it is a sales job
