Sad part about the whole process was taking too much time and my Round-4 was re-scheduled like 4 times on account of Chief Technical Officer traveling, meeting over-running and even Electricity outage (Like really !!)
When 4th round finally happens, weeks behind the schedule, it is a 5 min conversation where CTO Arpit says, they would want me onboard and HR person would get in touch to discuss compensation, only to ghost me for 2 more weeks.
After multiple follow ups, a generic rejection mail is sent. Imagine you can't trust word of mouth even from CTO, who himself confirmed the job and asks you to be the senior guy mentoring others in the young tech team .
Be honest guys. Don't waste time of candidates. This kind of attitude and bad treatment of candidates damages company reputation, specially when company is in such early stages.
