Meet at the front of the store and sit down. They ask you about 5-6 questions, more about scenarios and how you handle yourself during tough situations. They also ask you your career goals and where you see yourself in the future.
Laid-back, very easy-going. They wanted to know of a time when I provided great customer service, a time when my customer service might have changed someone’s life for the better and for the worse, how I responded when under pressure, etc. It was very chill and personable
