I interviewed with them last year. After submitting the assessment which took multiple hours, they decided to move forward with a different candidate and did not provide any feedback. I had to follow up weeks after submitting to get rejected.

Question 1
How would you write a FB fundraising ad and headline asking supporters to donate to the candidate of your choice?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Break Something in Mar 2021
Interview
I had two interviews and a written assessment. There was an initial interview with a senior strategist, then the assessment, then an interview with a founding partner. The assessment was fairly standard for similar positions and involved writing copy for an email or two and a landing page. After the second interview I never heard from them -- again, this was two one-on-one interviews, one of which was with a founder, over the course of a few weeks. They were very open to all my questions throughout the process but the radio silence without so much as a courtesy rejection email left a bad taste in my mouth.

Question 1
What do you think is the next big thing in digital fundraising?
I applied online. I interviewed at Break Something in Oct 2021
Interview
It was a four-stage interview process. I interviewed with the HR representative, did an hour and a half long writing assessment, was interviewed by the Digital Director, and then I had to send in three references. The process took at least a month and I was never reached out to at the end of the process, they simply ghosted me. It was extremely unprofessional and I think it was quite representative of what my experience would have been like if I got the job.
