It was the basic interview process for servers, nothing too out of the ordinary. It seemed like the quality of the interview was determined by which manager was on duty. Some people said that their interview was as simple as telling a little about yourself. Mine was a little bit more thorough than that however. Good company overall to work for. I would recommend to friends or family as a good place to work.

2 manager interview process. First with floor manager then with General Manager. Floor manager covered experience and General Manager covered availability and training. Questions ranged from previous work settings to questions about how I would react to certain situations.
