The interview process is simple. First interview with the talent recruiter where you basically don't speak for 30 minuets while they talk for you, and then you move on. The sales supervisor is kind and will want to get you know you personally. The VP of sales will then ask you to ignore all parts of your personality and request you operate as a robot with no feedback or feelings of any kind. After months of waiting and ghosting, you may make it through to the hiring process.
